Nestled in three and a half acres of spectacular Herefordshire countryside, Holling Grange holiday cottages offer an exceptional holiday experience. A Tithe Barn, once belonging to the historic Dore Abbey, now provides quality self catering holiday cottage accommodation overflowing with charm and character. Relax in our superb heated indoor swimming pool or take one of the many local walks and admire the stunning scenery. Accommodation bookings now being taken for the Ryder Cup 2010. We are about 35 minutes away from the proposed Ryder Cup 'Park & Ride' at Usk.

The cottages are located in the Golden Valley, with the Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons only a short distance away. Whether you want a peaceful and relaxing break, or wish to be more adventurous and explore some of the many exciting and energetic activities available in the area, Holling Grange holiday cottages are the perfect choice.

The Holiday Cottages

The tithe barn, reputed to have been once owned by the historic Dore Abbey, has been carefully, and tastefully converted into three holiday cottages. The cottages currently have a 4 star rating from the Welsh Tourist Board. Each cottage has it's own individual character with exposed timbers, quality fittings, including fully fitted kitchens, and oil fired central heating systems. The Coach House is the largest cottage and has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. The Hay Loft has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 5 people. The Granary has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 3 people.

The Swimming Pool

There is a wonderful heated indoor swimming pool, located in it's own separate pool complex building. The pool and pool complex building are fully heated, with a dehumidifier to maintain the air quality. The pool building includes changing rooms, and poolside teak loungers and chairs. The pool is open seasonally.
