Introduction

Holling Grange offers 3 self catering holiday cottages in a converted Tithe Barn. We are in a very rural location.

Pre-Arrival

• Our website www.hollinggrange.com gives details of all our cottages and facilities.
• Bookings can be made via telephone (01981 241115) or e-mail (enquiries@hollinggrange.com).
• We are in a rural location, which is not within walking distance of local services, amenities, or public transport.
• Local shops are available at Ewyas Harold which is about 7 minutes /3.5 miles away by car. There is a post office and general store, fish and chip shop, butchers, doctors, dentists and 2 pubs.
• As you approach Hereford on the A465 there is a large Tesco & ASDA and in Abergavenny there is a Waitrose supermarket.
• The Granary and Coach House are on 2 floors. The Hay Loft is on 3 floors. Access between floors is via a staircase.

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities

• There is parking for approximately 6 cars at Holling Grange in the tarmac car park which is situated close to the cottages. Holling Grange is located on a sloping site.

Main Entrance & Reception

• Keys are collected from the owners Main House which is a short distance from the car park.

• There is a small laundrette for use by the guests. This is located on the ground floor.

• There is a heated indoor swimming pool located a short distance from the cottages via a tarmac path (the path is on a slope).

Outdoor Facilities

• A large field is available for recreational use.

Bedrooms

• All cottages are on multiple levels accessed by stairs.
• The Hay Loft is the only cottage with a ground floor bedroom, and it has an ensuite bathroom. The rest of the accommodation and living space in the Hay Loft is on the first and second floors.

Bathroom, Shower-room & WC [Ensuite or Shared]

• The Hay Loft is the only cottage with a ground floor bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom. A family bathroom is located on the second floor.
• The Coach House has one ensuite and one family bathroom on the first floor.
• The Granary has a family bathroom on the first floor.

• The Granary has a ground floor kitchen/ diner.
• The Coach House has a ground floor kitchen/diner.
• The Hay Loft has a first floor kitchen/diner.

Grounds and Gardens

• Each cottage has an outside patio area with table and chairs.
• The grounds are laid to lawn, with a large field for recreational use.
